This is my best friend these day's. I am sitting and thinking, what do I WANT to do and HOW do I want to do it? 👀 I need a VISION before I start that working maschinery again. 🔥 I have to say that it isn't easy. I used to post content every single day and suddenly there is nothing to post. Why?Because the thing that I am creating is basically just a thought. A vision. I am creating the BIG picture!

If you want to clean up your diet this year in order to crush your fitness goals you need to make sure you’re eating the right kind of meals but these foods need to be delicious, simple and wholesome in order to stick to it!
Here’s how I make my favorite meals that keep my diet in check👇🏼
-Protein pancakes made with 80g quick oats, 184g cartoned egg whites, 56g cottage cheese, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp artificial sweetener.
-Turkey sandwiches made with 2 slices low-calorie/low-carb bread, 112g deli meat, 1 slice of tomato & lettuce, mustard, siracha & ketchup if you’re a savage. Throw a bag of baked chips and a piece of fruit with your sandwich.
-Homemade chipotle made with 8 ounces chicken breast, 200g white or brown rice, 125g black or pinto beans, 50g corn, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, jalapeños, hot sauce, salsa, low-fat sour cream and guacamole since you don’t have to pay extra.
That right there is a full meal plan for you! High protein, moderate carb, low fat, lean meal plan machine to kick start your muscle building and fat loss goals.
