The universe has shaken us to awaken us!💡🙌🏽
This year will be about really waking people up. I’ve talked about this in multiple events and workouts. This year will be the year of tough love. ••
Let’s not let each other settle, play it safe, get comfortable, be mediocre, anymore. Call people out! ••
If you can’t stand for something, you’ll fall for everything. Who are you really? What do you stand for? ••
Be around people that will call you out on your BS, that will bring you to new levels this year! ••
Thank you @alirob13 And @powercouple1 for bringing the heat this weekend! Let’s get this lifeeee!🔥🔥🔥
Jeremy Rifkin is an absolute boss and I urge everyone to watch this talk. Lateral power is the future and it falls upon our generation (millennials) to correct the mistakes of the past. The future of the planet, civilisation, nature and the environment depends on it.
Just reflecting on self worth today. •
It’s a challenge to love yourself when you hold high standards for yourself internally; then hold yourself accountable for everything that comes in and out of your life negative or positive. •
Embracing change is hard because we face the unknown and the anxieties of not knowing what’s next. I believe that the universe works around what is truly meant for us, and I cannot wait to teach my son to be as fearless as possible and to never be afraid to love his TRUE self. He is going to be one strong, resilient and LOVING human being who wears his heart on his sleeve. Your entry here with us is soon my little Aquarius man, you call the shots 🦋

#mybeautifulafricanpeople Collectively, our self esteem as the #African race is low. The only way to boost it collectively is to boost it individually. We should be about feeding each other's ego right now for when the ego isn't fed, & we don't tell each other how great we are or how proud we are of each other, low self-esteem begins to brew. We begin to doubt ourselves & when people talk about us and make us feel lowly, we believe it & act on it. But when we feed our ego we are validating our power, our self worth, & our superiority; within self firstly, then collectively as a race. When you're the General of an army, you can take more hits to your ego than a Private could because your worth is validated by you & everyone else. My people your #healing has begun. Embrace being Afrikan and heal yourself. You can't be Afrikan if: •You don't study about #Africa & it's people, culture & beliefs.
•You believe in #jesus
•You celebrate Christmas & other pagan #holidays
•You want to make #America "great again"
•You want to be "the first black ..."
•You want to prove yourself to your European colleagues & THEIR systems that are meant to oppress you
•You believe your name is ghetto
•You give your children European names
•You don't like your #naturalhair
•You don't like your #darkskin
•You configure yourself to look like Europeans
•You forget & forgive the acts of Afrikan #slavery
•You marry European spouses
•You shrink yourself to make other races feel comfortable
•You support the businesses of other races more than the businesses of your own people
•You don't participate in the #liberationofAfrica
•You sell out or talk about your own in front of other races
•You don't step up to defend your people
•You don't want to join in the healing of your people
•You aren't willing to die for your people
If that last one has you thinking otherwise, then you need to setup your life to where you have no regrets in addition to having a #purpose that fulfills you & serves your Afrikan people. #unapologeticallyblack#blackcommunity#blackpeople#blacklove#fortheculture#blackpride#panafrican#blackhistory365#blackpower#rbg#weallwegot#problack#blackunity#woke
