The question I get asked most is “what products do you use for cleaning?”
This is my standard list, and with these products I am able to clean away 90%+ of stuff.
There are alternative more eco brands out there which are great if they actually are pure and biodynamic. The reason I use these specific brands is because I do 4-5 cleans a week so cost factors are important.
Im always looking for better products and healthier, more eco brands but these are just the basics!
Please share what things you use to clean and the things that save you time and enery😀! Im always keen to hear and share the best!
¿Té o café? ☕️.

THE TPOLAW SESSIONS | Chapter Two: Voicemails From Joogy (clip). On December 30th, 2018, Hip Hop radio host and journalist, Justin Muzack sat down with me in Los Angeles, California, for an interview about the creation of TPOLAW Trilogy, and the inspiration behind the tracks of Chapter Two, THE HYPE.
If there is anyone within the history of the Threat, who has been a pillar in a lot of the financial backing and support of the Threat, especially in the early days, it's joogymusic. I wanted to start, The Hype, off with acknowledging his existence and my appreciation for him as a friend and brother. The full Interview is available on my personal website RIGHT NOW, and new episodes will be dropping every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from now until February 11th on thethreatculture's YouTube channel. (Also, a lot of content dropping on the Threat Culture's Instagram page. So make sure to follow it as well). The TPOLAW Sessions | Chapter Two: The Hype. The story continues.
Special thanks to Justin Muzack justinmuzack, for coming through the studio for this dialogue. And I want to thank my broskies Edward Cruz (str8_mookin) and Aster Jean (ladyasterxo) for helping me out with the camera work, and my guy Geof (geof.p) for letting me use some of his gear. Enjoy the story. #vonpoevii#threatculture#clip#wisdom#hiphop#thehype#tpolaw#interview#history

I’m a big believer that fear and excitement are the same exact emotion, but just perceived in different ways. Most of the time, the scariest things in life are the ones that give us the biggest thrills. Have you ever gone cliff jumping? How long did you pause at the top? Looking down and gaining doubts by the second. Fear sets in and takes your mind to unimaginable places. Then, you ultimately say “fuck it” and jump. Before you know it, you come up from under water and your heart is racing...but you’re okay. You did it. You survived. Oh, and it was fun as hell. So what happens next? You’re climbing back up there...and are going to backflip this time.
This is the same exact thing as starting a new venture. You have a passionate idea that excites you more than anything. It keeps you up at night. You think and think and think and think...then fear starts setting in. You build up doubts and the mountain in your head keeps growing by the second. It’s all because you care. You give a shit. Your passion takes over and starts messing with your masterpiece before you can even begin to paint it. This is your sign. This is your time to say “fuck it” and start to DO. Because no matter what happens, it will be a decision that makes you better. It could change your life forever.
Tim Ferriss is one of my favorite humans on Earth. He’s impacted my life and career in so many ways. I’ve probably learned more from his books, podcasts, and lectures than from any college course. I highly suggest you check him out. Here’s some of his work:

STORY TIME!!! In 2003 Michael Jordan held a basketball camp for older rich dudes who wanted to hoop with him. Of course he did his 1 on 1 thing with them at the end. After BUSTING EVERYONE’S ass he ran into John Rogers. Rogers was an ex player at Princeton, and a BRILLIANT money mind. He and Jordan played a quick game to 4. Michael was Michael, he talked shit, razzed him, but he also missed 2 shots. John won 4-2. If they played a million times after that Rogers would prolly never win again. But that’s not the point. The point is when it’s your time to win, not even Michael fucking Jordan can stop you.
I can’t stress enough how important stretching is. keep your insides flexible and you move through life more fluidly. Keep them rigid and you will move through life rigid. Is it really that simple spiritualist within? yes. If u practice yoga comment blow and vouch. I don’t but I plan to take my stretching and go to full blown yoga when I stop being a lazy ass
