Will you make a change?
Will you reach out to accomplish your goals?
No one but you knows the answers to these questions, so, what's it gonna be?
Have you given up so long ago, you just don't give a dang anymore, or will you hold up your hand to get the help you need to move forward?

**TOUGH LOVE AHEAD. KEEP SCROLLING IF YOU WANT THE SOFT, FLUFFY STUFF!** Did you know that, once broken down, the nutrition plan + workouts I follow cost me less money than Netflix?! YUP - Cheaper than Netflix. Serves my life a hell of a lot more than Netflix, too! 🙌 I used to make A LOT of excuses... I said "no" a lot of times. I looked at the cost + would say things like "God, it's just so expensive to be healthy... it's expensive to eat healthy, it's expensive to workout - even from home!!" That was my main complaint... I "couldn't do it" because I "couldn't afford it." ❌ BUT I was paying for Netflix every month, eating out AT LEAST 4 times a week, drinking every weekend, AND bitching about the fact that I "JUST COULD NOT SEEM TO LOSE WEIGHT!" 😅
Looking back - I wasted a lot of money on things that didn't serve me + wasted a lot of time bitching about things that I had 100% control over. Playing the victim doesn't work you guys! I know - I did it for a LONG ASS TIME! 🤦♀️ Too long. First of all ☝️your health is not an "expense" it's an INVESTMENT. Second of all ✌ You CAN afford to eat healthy + be active. GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY. If you keep puttimg up roadblocks, you'll never live the life you want to live. Stop making excuses - YOU have control. You are not a victim. + I will be here to help you through every step + support you when you are ready to realize that! ❤

Well it officially been two whole months of going to the gym five days a week. I feel better than I ever have in my entire life. I have so much more energy and such a brighter outlook on life in general. Being healthy is a must, your body needs physical activity. People say “well I work construction I get enough physical activity all day long.“ I have been in construction my entire adult life and it’s not enough. EPIGENETICS: WHY YOUR GENES DON'T MATTER
Let's face it, we've all come across those people... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
"I just can't lose weight, it MUST be my genetics." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
"I just can't gain any muscle, DAMN my skinny genes!" ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
"I can't help that I have weird feet, it's just my genetics!" (Ok, just me on that one?) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Well the next time someone tries to blame their inability to lose weight on their genetics, throw this one at them... EPIGENETICS.
It's a scary, very scientific sounding word and it'll make people think that you actually know what you're talking about.
But basically it is the study of biological mechanisms that will switch genes on and off.
In other words, YES you are born with a set of genes, but that does not determine your lot in life.
Instead, what IS important are which ones are switched on and which ones are switched off.
And the things that determine which genes get switched on or off? - Diet
- Your environment
And this is what caused that lightbulb moment for me when it came to my nutrition.
That my choices LITERALLY determine which of my genes get turned on or off.
It made me realise that what I put in my body really DOES matter, and that everything I do has an impact on my physical and mental health.
And yes, some people are dealt a shittier hand than others, and some people DO get lucky. But it's not about the hand you're dealt, it's about how you play with what you've got.
So I'm sorry if I've destroyed the illusion that it's out of your control.
But for me, this is one of the most empowering bits of knowledge I've gained over the years.
And I hope it is for you too 😊
What comes to mind on seeing this?
You put on different masks to navigate through the plethora of social situations we find ourselves in on the day to day.
It could be with family, with friends, with work colleagues, at prestigious social events and etc.
Do you know who you really are behind the many masks you’ve been wearing for soo long?
Are you in alignment with who God created you to be?
What purpose does your life serve?
Are you giving your gifts to the world?
Or are you hoarding them selfishly to yourself.
Whatever it is, be true to WHO YOU ARE inside.
Throw away the masks and embrace your uniqueness.
Don’t hide your true essence from the world.
The world needs more authenticity
Be an example and let your light shine
Empty your cup of what you think you know and open yourself up to the possibilities this multiverse has to offer.
You are light
You are god
You are powerful
You are love
Never forget that.
In order to achieve a level of success you’ve never achieved, whether with your Physique, your Career, your Relationships, there is a price to be paid. And you must be willing to get comfortable at being uncomfortable. Getting outside your comfort zone, to force yourself to stretch and grow into what you are trying to become.
If your not willing to get uncomfortable, forget it! You get nothing in this world without paying a price for it. A exchange of something, it might be money, time, effort, longer hours, more reading, less sleep, going to seminars, maybe all of the above!
Whatever it is you are striving for,
You need to know if you are one who will pay, or are you someone who wants a free ride? A easy way out?
And be real, don’t Bullshit yourself! If you have the awareness to know that you’re not willing to pay the price it will take, then maybe it’s time to reevaluate things and see what it is you really want? Not what you think you want!
Many people are afraid of making the change, because they are afraid of who they may have to become to achieve it, and the current things in their lives they will have to stop and give up to achieve it. They are simply not willing to pay the price!
The hard truth is, you have to become a different individual to get to higher level. It won’t happen by staying who you are. You can’t just acquire it, you have to become it!
As the Late Jim Rohn once said...

There's no secret training plan, quick fix diet you haven't heard about or supplement you haven't bought.
It's simply energy in V energy out.
Burn more then you eat.
You cannot out train a bad diet.
Stop looking for a quick fix and do the necessary work. Eat less. Move more.
Fresh start and personal accountability. It’s easy to slip. I’ve struggled with my weight a few times in life as many people do. In the past couple of months I’ve slipped. In 2017 I dropped 43 pounds after successfully challenging myself to eat healthy for 182 days straight. I went from
A size xl and sometimes larger shirt to a size medium. In the past couple of months I’ve been indulging and I’m up from my usual walking weight of 195 lbs to a flex of 203-207 lbs. An 8 -12 lb difference.
This isn’t a tremendous amount of weight but it’s the start before 15 and then 20 lbs and so on. The weight slip is bad but the indulgence wasn’t the worst habit I found myself circling in. I would tell myself I would reduce my carbs through the week to make it up and in effect starve myself through the week which just made me crave more on the weekends. It has been a great reminder that you can’t erase bad food choices. You have to start fresh.
I’m starting my next big challenge on October 16th. I call it the 365 level up challenge. 365 days of sticking to the meal plan without treats of any kind. I’m going on vacation early October, so I’m waiting to start the challenge until I get back. To keep myself accountable pre 365 I’ll be starting progress pics again on September 23rd. Pics before I go, pics when I get back and pics all the way through the 365 level up.
This is me telling myself to stop bullshitting myself. The pants feel tight today but they won’t for long. Ten pounds isn’t just ten pounds. Time to level up.

I recently had a conversation with a person and it went as follow:
Me: Hey, How are you doing ?
The person: Doing like a king 😁 and you ?
Me: Like a Queen (to keep on the joke) 😅
The person: How are you doing it ?
Me: I don’t know 🤷🏻♀️ you tell me how you are doing it ?
The person: I own. my heart my spirits my time my health. my talents and skill, and this is a big kingdom.
Me: hmmmm, I won some of these, thus I think I am still a princess, so you have to teach me the rest.
Sometimes you limit yourself and space by letting many getting in it, and defining it and controlling your emotions. If earth 🌏 is not enough and Sky 🌌 is limit, own the the hole space and be a King 🤴 or Queen 👸 in you own kingdom. Nobody has to dictate you or stop 🛑 you.
There are two sides of a story

And there are two types of people
Those who ask “how”
How do I do this?
How do I change?
How do I get results?
How do I make this happen?
And the others who will say everything and anything EXCEPT “how.....in fact it usually starts with “ yeah, but” or “I can’t because”
Or even better “ I tried but”
All of these have a story and the “story” is convincing you to stay stuck. Why? Are you happier there?
Anything that follows those statement starters is an excuse
And it will NEVER, EVER serve you or allow you to change.
Take note how many times today you start with either of these.
If it’s more than once.. there’s an issue.
Give “how” some air time and watch your life transform!
A little Monday morning motivation. The process is always a struggle, you have to stick it out to get results.
