Valentines isn’t always an easy day for everyone and can mean different events and feelings for different people. It’s great to share the love as long as it’s for the right reasons. But it’s even better to love and believe in yourself after you’ve been dragged through the dirt or mistreated. Those people know who they are. Valentines takes just one day of the calendar and just like that back to normal. But normal shouldnt mean mundanity, it means putting yourself first, not blaming yourself of beating yourself up for your mistakes or misjudgments. It means sometimes wearing that invisible crown and being brave each and every day. It means better things will come if you get through it. It means love comes again, it means happiness comes again. So ladies (and gents actually!) as I always say, and hugely believe, wear your crown high, and hold your standards higher and MAKE IT HAPPEN, for YOU!!! ❤️ #stonger#wiser#better#smarter#makeeverydayyourday#meganmade
Hey guys. It has been a while. But a am back and better than ever! My owners had been dealing with lots and then had some heartbreaking news and didn’t feel like posting, but with all of this negativity behind us we are ready for a grrrrreat 2019!
Do you have any resolutions?
Every once in a while, in life, you’re given a second chance.. To do better, be better, be happier.. I’ll wake up each day with these thoughts and the perseverance to actually do it. #stonger#smarter#happier#lucky#secondchances
That face you make when the FedEx driver says that these boxes might be to heavy for you!
Say what?! Nope!
I can definitely tell a difference in the appearance of my arms since doing this 30 day challenge (100 push-ups a day) but I also feel stronger!! It makes a huge difference in my day and attitude. It has even helped tighten my core! Progress pics this week! How does the 30 day challenge make you feel?
The Bulgarian split Squat is in my top 5 must do exercises. It's not an easy exercise to do and most of the people I train including me hate this one but from my experience, training the legs unilaterally is a must! A few tips..
-make sure you take a big enough step in order to remain on the heal of the foot when in the bottom position.
-keep the weight on the front leg as that is the side we are working. The back leg that is elevated is used for balance. -when holding Dumbells by your side, keep the shoulder blades retracted through out the whole movement and engage the lats.
-drop straight down to about knee level not allowing the knee to pass over the toes. Push through the the heel of the foot on the way up.
I also find with a bigger step it targets more of the glutes and a slightly shorter one targets the quads more! Take your time with this one as balance is needed. Once you get good at it you can go heavy on this one for growth of the legs. Peace 🔥

And the message from Emma is better than all those numbers!! ❤️❤️ Half way through the 2nd last week of this program and I honestly love it! It is so great because of the length of the workouts but the challenge of those 20 minutes is unbelievable!! 👊🏻 Stonger is the name of this one and it couldn’t have a more appropriate name! 💪🏻 #stonger#transform20#transformyourlife#moveit#sweatisdripping#fitover40#fitmom

Startede min fridag med en lækker ryg-træning og har ellers brugt hele dagen på, at kigge på badeværelser 😛 nu står den altså på biograftur 🍿🎬 velfortjent kvalitetstid med min søde @helleeamalinovsky !
I have been dealing with a crazy cold the last 5 days and haven't been able to get to the gym at all. Was feeling quite down today because I was really hoping to be well enough to go for a quick run, thinking that I was losing all my progress because I couldn't do anything for nearly a week.
But I decided to go back and take a look at my photos from this journey so far. In July 2018, I googled "fat triathlete" because the idea of doing a triathlon has always been on my bucket list. However being overweight made me think: I have to be in too shape to even try one. Well that Google search revealed a whole world of body positive triathlon and other endurance sports heroes.
The last 6 months I have gone from barely being able to run for more than 30 seconds (July), to running my first 5km in August run/walk style (50mins), to running my first fun run 5km and nearly hitting my goal of 40mins in September (42 mins), to joining a gym (October), to starting a sprint triathlon program (November), to running a sub 30min 5km on a treadmill (Dec 30th, baby!), to starting an Olympic distance triathlon training program because the sprint was so fun and I want to do more (started last week here in February). Weight loss is for sure part of my motivation, but stronger still is my motivation to get stronger, faster, and further. I can't wait for the next 6 months!! .
