Motivated, exited, a little nervous but never gave up. She pushed her limits and used her strategies and willpower to get through this session. Will soon become one of my training buddies I reckon 😁. All she gotta do now is stay on the grind and get after it!

There is a wonderful thing about your body the more you feel the pain while doing some proper workout the lesser pain you feel while not doing anything... ➡️By this statement I mean that when you are working on your body with a proper vision and program and even the recovery sessions, not only you will become better but will also reduce the chances of injuries and cramps in your body.... so don’t you dare to skip your cardio 😂😂

Will fitness obviously covers a great part of my life, but it is not whole of my life, there are so many great things that I had already achieved and working on a few goals other then fitness, and I am not out loud about them. I am too much inside what I am outside is just what I want people to see. What I am is still a matter of discussion among a number of people, which makes me laugh on them sometimes. They are trying to step on my foot prints without knowing me. Words may form statements but not enough to place you somewhere unless and until you know the core meaning of those words.🙏🙏

Front raises for traps..
—————————— There is a great difference between the front raises for traps and front delts. First of all we have to understand the composition of our traps and shoulders traps are actually mounted over the shoulders, so while performing front raises you would have to take the whole contractions in your traps without involving your front delts.
➡️ By not involving front delts I mean to say not to take contractions in your delt instead take it on your traps which will make you hold your weights right in front of you chest with full extended arms. It will be considered at level zero for contraction in traps. ➡️ But if you lowered your weights below your chest then you front delts will be activated. ——————————-
CONCLUSION:- start your reps from the level of your chest and end it right above your head🤘🏼

Shoulder and triceps day
Well training rear deltoids is not at all easy...sometimes when ever,I feel tightness in my shoulders, I just try to understand the whole composition on my shoulders.... here in this video you can see that, I did side raise prior to bent over raises for rear delt.that is because before getting involve to this exercise I felt a little strain in my side deltoids. I gave a little stretch to it, but I was not relieved that means I need contraction to fill up the space that was bothering me. So thats why I sat in upright position on a bench felt the strain and worked on it with side raises. Working smart reduces efforts but gives great results 💪🏼

Einen schönen Mittwoch Sportsfreunde 🙌🏻. Egal ob mit schicken Schuhen oder nicht, an meiner Pace muss ich noch weiter arbeiten, aber ich bin sehr zuversichtlich ☺️. Heute Vormittag steht ein Videodreh an und ich muss mal schauen, ob bzw. wieviel ich euch davon in meiner Story heute zeigen kann. Später geht es dafür gemütlich Essen und mein eigenes Workout oder zumindest 110 Burpees sind auch noch geplant 💪🏻. Der Tag ist voll, aber ich freue mich auf alles und wünsche euch einen tollen Tag meine Lieben ✌🏻.
