We have all heard the 80-20 or 70-30 or some percentage of how we should eat in regards to “clean” (whatever that means, only eating in the shower? ). Your intake should be 100% things that benefit you! That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy your favorite foods. That just means when you do have something that may not be what everyone considers “healthy” make the conscious effort to insure the rest of your meals that day support that decision and keep you moving towards you goal. That doesn’t mean starving yourself the rest on the day, that means the rest on your intake fuels your body in a way that your cheat meal may have lacked.
