Learnt a good lesson today with music about not holding onto ideas simply because they exist. It’s not a bad thing to remove a sound or an idea from a production if you know it’s not working. If it’s always been there and you’ve never tried taking it away at all - do that. See what happens.
Even if that means more work or gives you a sense of failure. Ignore that voice! It’s actually success.
I feel that the more ambiguous you can be as a producer the better you will be in the end. 📷: @adam_jordan_photography

SNEAK PEAK of new video filmed by: @johndu99 🎥
This desktop guy has finally had to go portable 👨🏻💻 After a few years of making music on iOS, I reached a bit of a dead end. It is possible to make complete tracks but there is no escaping the frustration of doing fine automation on a touchscreen 😵 There are some amazing apps though and my iPad will continue to be a key part of the setup.
👍 The good: a powerful portable machine that runs Logic Pro X and will last me several years.
👎 The not so good: welcome to the wonderful world of adapters 🔌
