Short on time, but want to work those biceps? This exercise definitely 🔥 BURNS 🔥
You may need to drop the weight you normally curl way down (like I did), and that is def 100% okay!!! 💥15 reps: perform a half curl, only bringing the weight up to about a 90 degree angle. Keep the tension on your biceps as you lower the weight.
💥15 reps: perform the top half of a curl, starting roughly at that 90 degree mark and then making your way up to the top. Squeeze hard once you get there!
💥15 reps: full curls. I need to work more on fully extending my arms on these! By this point, your arms will be getting tired. Push through!!
💥finish off with a 45 second hold at 90 degrees. Don’t cheat by cutting that time short! 💥perform each set of those exercises without resting in between. Once you finish that block of four exercises, give yourself 45 seconds of rest and go again!
