Are you W i l l i n g?
The magical part about manifestation is the flow you feel when you've committed yourself to finding your alignment. In this moment it feels like you are flying without forcing, but this takes Willingness. Willingness to pay close attention to what you give your energy to. Willingness to make space for new, fresh, abundant, loving energy to flow to you.
Are you willing to set aside 10 minutes a day to meditate and visualize your goal? Are you willing to remove the toxic friend? Are you willing to move your body? Are you willing to replace Netflix with a podcast that will light you up?
When you commit to this Willingness the next phase begins. You will start to receive signs, synchronicities, and inspiration that is aligned with your goal. Are you willing to listen? Are you willing to ask for guidance? Are you willing to set aside your doubt and enter into faith?
And finally comes your Willingness to create, to take a leap. Your alignment has given you the next step,the spark of inspiration, but are you willing to take action on it? It might feel scary as hell...but the paradox of excitement bubbling inside of you let's you know it's aligned. Are you willing to release your past, your stories, your limitations and shine?
If the answer is yes, be willing to believe that everything you've dreamed of is coming your way. This is manifestation. If the answer is no, then the universe is going to hear that and recognize that you still aren't ready.
Willingness is a choice and you are the only person responsible for your experiences and reality! Sit with that for a moment 💕

The new Canadian Food Guide was released. Some major changes were made. I am less excited with this as I am concerned with always seeking health knowledge from the government. 🌿
There are so many more changes that need to happen in order for us to be free to choose our course of health, our course of healing. From insurance coverage and what it will and won’t cover to how our kids are being educated, to government choices based on the government in power and theirs party lines. 🌿
