TLC and R&R are is what your mind body and soul are calling out for right now! Rest, retreat, recharge your batteries as big changes are coming and you need to be fully charged raring to go! Remain grounded and keep yourself in the present moment, protect your energy by asking your Guides to surround you in bright pure white light. You matter, you need to rest.
Imrama means in Celtic Journey of the Soul. Are you on a spiritual path? Are you noticing shifts in your current life? Pay attention of where your thoughts are taking you as this is your journey of the soul. You maybe travelling or being called to a place in-particular or you maybe just be on a journey of awakening. Two things that make me happy: hats and second hand books!
It may be nearly a month late but I've written a post about all the ups and downs of 2018 and why I'm feeling so much more positive about 2019! Link in bio.
Last week and this week I started #transform20 on Tuesday instead of Monday like everyone else and I think it made me feel behind! Today I did Tuesdays and Wednesdays workouts! I honestly did not think I could manage to do two but with a lot of positive self talk and pausing a few times I CRUSHED it! It's insane what a positive mindset can do! Out of the 9 transformers we've done this week I have beat all of last week's except 1! (Which I got the exact same amount on)
I'm so happy to be part of this program. It really helps you focus on your physical health and mental health. It makes you very aware of your decisions and self care. It really is a no excuses program made for results!! My biggest hurdle is my nutrition but this week I'm gonna try that much harder to get there!

Today I had a ‘birth debrief’ with the matron at our labour ward. It was brilliant - with a fair few of my questions answered. She is now 16 months and I should have done it sooner but felt silly for ringing.
In actual fact, there’s a dedication team who re/read your notes and deal with the debriefs - so they must be fairly common!

Get right back up!! Xoxo it’s ok to have bumpy times here and there. It’s okay to not be okay sometimes. Be real about that. Don’t feel ashamed about how you are feeling. Xoxo what really matters is getting right back up after that. Have your moment and then move on. Be resilient! Learn from that moment, absorb that energy and grow from it!! Use it to make yourself a stronger wiser person. We all have moments because we’re all human. No one is perfect even if people sometimes like to give off that image. Be resilient and keep going!
