It is extremely difficult to eat healthy and exercise when you’re out of your routine! But, I always make sure to workout hard before a trip and after so that I don’t stress the workouts when I’m away!
As far as eating goes, I try to order healthy options and avoid any sauces, creams, fried, or candied toppings! Also micros are huge aka fruits and veggies.
