Last weight training of the week. End of two weeks focused on speed. The weights were light but the speed of execution had to be as fast as possible! Example here with the bench press.

This is almost 2 years difference and I’m still grafting as hard as I can😂 although I must admit first year I didn’t really understand the whole progressive overload drill etc etc😂

Last nights back session. I haven’t done rack pulls since I strained my hamstring. 5 plates for 8 felt smooth. When I attempted 6 the first time the weight did not move off the pins.
There was no way I could leave the gym with that result. Your mind is your strongest weapon in this game. I closed my eyes and visualized myself pulling 8 reps. I told myself i was going to pull 8 reps. When you give yourself no way out you get your shit done.
First vid - 6 plates for 10. Law of attraction. Real shit. Another perfect day and just stringing that into today. My clients know I preach visualization when you see a weight on the bar that’s uncomfortable. See yourself doing what you want to do and you will do it. I had to practice what I preach here. It’s all mental. All of it. Today I’m filled with gratitude for being able to pull through last night, literally.
Just tried a press variation today. As you can see, I'm shaking and stabilization is intense. I love heavy weights, but sometimes it's good to bring some different stimulation in order to be more balanced. Not only physically, but also physiologically.
1. Shoulder Press Hammer
2. Dumbbells Side Raises
3. Dumbbells Seated Side Raises
4. Front Raises, against the bench + Standing Front Raises

6. Pek Dek Rear Delt
2-3 sets for each exercise, and I added some systems.

Efter ett lyckat bröstpass förra veckan med 140kg*7 så var det dags idag att höja vikten ytterligare lite. Ingen minns ju en fegis. Hade hoppats på att kunna tangera PB:t på 6 reps men fick nöja mig med 5 idag. Men vi har en låååång härlig styrkeperiod framför oss under våren som förhoppningsvis kommer medföra goa styrkegainzZ!

I’m sick of mental health being seen as not a big deal, something to be romanticised or a way of life that makes you a hero 😑
The reality is, mental health is not artistic or trendy or fashionable. It’s awful. It’s horrific. I’m sharing the things it has ruined for me, to shed light on how there is nothing good about it : .
1. I’ve lost many many friends and lost valuable memories from being controlled by my mind🧠
2. For years I’ve picked at my skin and nails, and have scars all over my body and to this day, still have the most awful unfeminine nails 💅🏻
3. I’ve been on medication that has made me feel sick day in and day out, and another that has made me totally lose my libido and interest in dating, which has made me isolate myself further🤢
4. In treatment, you’re made to feel like you’ve done wrong, and feel guilty for your actions and consequences it has had on others👨🏻⚕️
Awareness of the true nature of mental health is suppressed by social media, making it seem like sunshine and rainbows and this NEEDS to stop 🛑

а кому-то не терпится увидеть бОльший объём дельт и ног, чем было 😅😁
а кто-то и вовсе не заметил разницу в 6-7 кг мяса 😁
что думаю об этом я?
