People say to Zak & I -you look tired -the business is making you stressed -your going to fail
-why do you do it.... The list goes on, but no business is meant to be easy when you first open, don’t except an easy ride, do except to do the hours you want to do, do except to make a million dollars after 2 months. Because it just doesn’t happen!
You need to do something that scares the shit out of you! Other wise it’s not worth doing.
Each day this place scares the shit out of Zak & I...but we do, if you want to succeed in your business your need to set yourself up to be ready for rejection, it always means your one step closer, you need to be ready to give up the time you once had, you need to be ready to work long hours, early mornings and late nights.

If you go into a start up business & think negativity thoughts then your business is going to fail most start business’s fail in the first 6 months, if you go in thinking on a positive high your going to get out what you put in, pursue what you love not what’s going to make your missable in life.
We love what we do, we love changing our members lifestyle & allowing them to get the love of an active lifestyle. We don’t push you to hate the body you have, instead where pushing you to learn to love the body you have now by creating the life change, that your making towards being better then you where yesterday with sustainability fitness routines.

The last year of training and racing has been challenging to say the least. 😬Plagued with injury and illness; I doubted I’d ever feel myself again. 😥Looking back I’ve learned it was actually a blessing, because along the way I learned that I NEED to listen to my body and honour what it needs at the time.🙏 I’m so excited to be feeling better getting back to the activities I love. ♥️♥️♥️. It’s ok to be defeated. I do not like this feeling at all. I do not like feeling inadequate, unorganized, and overwhelmed. These feelings are temporary. What makes them permanent is if I give up. That is not option. I will use this difficult time to become stronger, to dig deeper, to become better. Right now I am exhausted and I need strength. My daughter posted these today, but I feel the urge to give my perspective. This is my daughter speaking as a guest speaker in front of 500 guests. This is something 10 years ago she never would of dreamed of doing...5 years ago flat out wouldn't do it. Today, she was awarded a scholarship for an essay she submitted about her journey. To say I am proud is an underdstement. When you are a parent of a child with learning disabilities the day to day struggles weight more than 1000 pounds, the uphill battles seam unattainable and the guilt you carry can feel as you are drowning at times. Today, all the parent conferences, the IEP meetings, the endless hours of getting through homework and the nights we would just cry all are worth it. You did it baby girl! Seriously an issue that the medical field has to perfect... Do you know that women are less likely to get a correct diagnosis due to Doctors not having the proper knowledge. And when we finally get diagnosed whatever we have is so advanced it leads to complications like CANCER, INFECTIONS, ORGANS SHUTTING DOWN, INFERTILITY, DEATH...Something has to be done, this can not go on... IDC WHAT A DOCTOR TELLS YOU. YOU KNOW YOUR BODY. IF SOMETHING IS OFF, THEN DO EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER TO GET AN ANSWER.
For 2 years I have battled an ultimate health battle and for 2 years doctors looked at me like I was crazy just pumping me with drugs to see if “maybe” that worked or maybe the next med. Today I face one of the biggest battles of my life due to doctors not listening to my pain and pleas. I want everyone to have awareness bc even though you may not have a medical degree every person knows their body and Doctors and Hospitals need to do a better job at listening to patients so that things can be caught on early and not when its too late. Just bc you don’t see something in an exam doesn’t mean something isn’t wrong. The amount of women that go into ERs & doc offices with recurring problems to be told you are fine until the day the Doctors face dropped due to a scan is ridiculous... Leg day. How it works:
* Run every exercise in a circuit fashion.
* Break 15 sec between sets
* Each set is taken to failure with a target of 5-7 reps. Each rep will take 8 to 10 sec to complete. A set will last 40 to 50 sec (time under tension) If all reps are completed for all the sets on a particular exercise, increase next session. If not cluster sets to meet the 5-7 rep target.
* Seth Set are a version of a drop set. After your last set, drop the weight by half and immediately do 30 reps in as many sets as it takes.
* After the last set of a body part a 30 sec weighted stretch is done.
