I conquered 💪🏽
For the last 6 months, I had been taken out by my autoimmune disease.
But I refused to let my #hashimotos take me out for good. I took time to rest, I changed my nutrition, I got medicine and supplements, and I learned how to manage my stress...and I started healing. 🙌🏽
6 weeks ago, I began a journey to reignite my fire & transform my mind. I committed to a 20 minute per day, at home step workout with my strong tribe of #fitbabes. Showing up for these workouts, pushing through when I didn’t want to, and finishing this program has been one of the most rewarding experiences!
I feel like myself again...and after months of feeling like my body had been taken over by some unknown force—this feels INCREDIBLE!! 💪🏽
I don’t complete these programs for a number on the scale or for abs, it’s so much deeper than that. I show up every day and put in this work because it is training for LIFE!! There will always be setbacks or curveballs in this life. But when you have trained your mind to conquer & push through the difficult and reach the other side, you develop so much strength.
Being able to move our bodies is such a gift. It’s not one that I take for granted. You may be in a season where you need to rest & heal, and that is so important (I would NOT be where I am today if I hadn’t done that). ____________
But there comes a point where you know in your heart that you need to decide to fight back! That’s what I decided to do 6 weeks ago. And that is what I will continue to do every single day.

you are safe. 3 simple words, but when put together into a sentence, was a game changer for me.
I pulled a card from @the_moondeck a week or so ago that challenged me to meditate 28 days consecutively. since I asked the universe for a message I desperately needed to hear, I listened + have been trying my damndest to meditate everyday since 🧘🏼♀️ I realized as of late, that I have been living out of fear + making decisions based on fear + anxiety for so, so many years. trying to control all possible outcomes + reactions — it is exhausting. and I know I am not alone.
the mediation I chose was about releasing fear + anxiety. and about 12 minutes in, these 3 words were said + while I was already emotional to begin with — the tears began rolling down my cheeks. it can be debilitating at times when your fear + ego take over, but for some reason, these 3 words reminded me that it is JUST a thought or feeling — NOT what is actually happening. and when you acknowledge that, you already start to feel some relief because you are, in fact, safe. and I just needed to share this incase there was anyone else out there who has been overcome by fear + anxiety.
YOU ARE SAFE. take a deep breathe, acknowledge the feeling + then picture yourself moving away from it. you are safe. 🥰

We all want a successful happy life. You are probably like me and have many goals you want to achieve. Whether these goals are for business, home, family, or self-improvement, setting your mindset for success is key.
Without a proper mindset you may find yourself distracted by daily life or experiencing shiny object syndrome. Shiny object syndrome is when you are always distracted by the latest and greatest idea, so you rarely follow one path through to the end.
You may have decided you have all the time in the world to reach these goals. Will you feel the same way in 5 years if you haven’t reached them yet? If you look back 5 years, what did you plan to achieve at that time? Have you achieved those goals? Why or why not?
If you set your mindset for success, you will reach your goals more quickly and will then find yourself with the opportunity to create new, and possibly even bigger, goals.
Tricks to Set Your Mindset for Success:
Develop Success Habits
⭐️Create systems to keep yourself on track.
⭐️Make a small step toward each of your goals each day.
⭐️Capture all of the information that could help you.
Take a quick note on your phone while you are out for a walk so you don’t forget.
⭐️Create the to-do list for the next day the night before.
⭐️Prioritize your to do list.
⭐️Tackle the most dreaded task first, as everything else will feel like a piece of cake after.
⭐️surround yourself with positive people who are on the same mission.
⭐️ Have a growth mindset.
-the most important thing you can do is to embrace a growth mindset. This is the mindset that will allow you to dream big and push the boundaries of your ideas to new levels.
Once you’ve implemented one or more of the above success habits for over 21 days, it will become much easier and a part of your routine. At that time, you can add in another mindset for success.
