I don’t like Shit I don’t go outside an album by Earl Sweatshirt
Sometimes this is how I feel, but I think everyone feels like this sometimes. The first song on this album (Huey) sounds like elevator music because you’re just waiting for the doors to slide open, but the only thing on the other side is death. So you're waiting for death. The whole album has this dark tone surrounding it and how most songs don’t have many features because Earl feels alone and can only trust a few people. Like most of us do staying inside in darkness not trusting anyone hoping our phones breaks and let it ring. Earl captured this emotion of dark and despair perfectly. Trapped in your head not wanting to go outside and hating shit. I don’t like shit I don’t go outside. I need help, please I know no one will read this.
