Day 1 of a new program is always a tough one— trying to find the time, trying to prioritize your health over things like, say, a scattered mess in the room around you. 🤷🏼♀️ Deciding what level of commitment you will have, then re-negotiating that contract with yourself again and again as things come up— an extra shift at work, your 3rd grader’s homework assignment, that Cub Scout meeting you forgot about. ⠀
But in the end, when you learn to put yourself on your own to-do list and treat yourself with a *fraction* of the respect you give others, when you learn to differentiate between the voices in your head that are selling you excuse after tired excuse, when you WHOLLY commit? ⠀
That’s when you hit that sweet spot. Where you feel strong and capable and powerful and accomplished. ⠀
Don’t worry, you’ll know you’re there because the smile will damn near split your face. Here’s to week 1 of my “Transform Your Life” challenge and all the kickass women making it happen for themselves today, whatever that looks like for them. 🙌🏽⠀
My 10 year challenge (even though mine starts in 2009 when I got Facebook.) It’s crazy how things change over time. In 2009, I was in the military and went to Afghanistan for 7 months. One year afterI got home, I realized I wanted to makes a change. Today I have 3 businesses and absolutely love what I do! You never know where life will take you!! .
The fun we have with new sober friends within a new sober lifestyle.

What’s cooler than celery juice? Spices, herbs, AND juice that’s meant to be apart of EVERY day living.. not some fad or the latest craze. Kale, spinach, turmeric.. all of these guys are amazing. Instead of just juicing celery, do your bod a favor and eat (and drink) alllllllll the good veggies and herbs. These foods really should be a part of your overall diet. @unleashlifetoday has a maintenance option where they deliver juice to your door weekly so that you’re getting the good stuff, all the time. This is definitely #dietitianapproved ✨ (hint - celery juice *on its own* is not, and for good reason.. not to say celery juice doesn’t have health benefits, but all the RD’s agree that we want to make it clear.. JUST DO NOT FORGET ABOUT ALL THE OTHER GUYS!! 🍏🍎🍐🍊🍋🍈🍓🍇🍉🍌🍒🍑🥭🍍🥥🥦🥑🍆🍅🥝🥬🥒🌶🌽🥕🥗🌿🌱🍃 that’s all 🙃😉). #unleashlife#juice#celeryjuice#rdsofinstagram#fortlauderdale#juicecleanse#cleanse#veggies#plantbased#dietssuck#dietsdontwork#plantbased@therideelement
Double post for lunch & dinner!
Felt soooo tired and lethargic today so was using everything known to man to try and keep myself awake. I didn’t eat the protein brownie cause i had a nibble and it tasted like feet 😢. Buuuut it’s been a long day and I’ve tried to be good!! 😇
Check out Jennifer’s results!! She just completed her first Healthy Living Challenge and is down 11 pounds!! 👏👏 Here is what she had to say.. “I've lost 11lbs, 3" in my lower abd, and 2.5 at my natural waistline. I'm so happy I gave Arbonne a chance. Not only have I lost weight, but I feel so much better! So much more energy, sleeping better, decreased anxiety, increased confidence, more focused, and better mental health to name a few.” My next groups start January 21st and February 4th! 💚 #30daychallenge#nutrition#weightlosstransformation#getfit#fitlife#easyweightloss#lifestylechange
My go-to meal to break my fast on regular macro days? Oatmeal with fruit!
Contrary to popular belief in our society, carbs are essential for our body to function properly! Are there “good” carbs and “bad” carbs? Sure! But the idea of incorporating carbs into our diet is NOT bad!
Carbs are our body’s #1 source of fuel. Our bodies prefer glucose (broken down carbs into sugar) to any other source of energy. Besides being the primary energy source, some other reasons why we need carbs include:
• proper brain function
• to feel satiated through fibrous foods and to help control our hunger
• to make us happy (helps produce feel-good hormone serotonin)
• to eat fruits, veggies and whole grains that contain essential vitamins that our body needs
On the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® plan, we incorporate carb cycling, which combines lower and higher carb days. This helps us deplete our glycogen stores to use fat for fuel, but also allows our body to refuel itself on days like today, where we get to eat higher amounts of carbs. There is no long-term carb completion! That is NOT a sustainable practice in the long term.
Truly after losing 240lbs I live by the 80/20 rule. It’s a lifestyle change not a diet. I have the freedom to eat whatever I want but discipled enough to not eat certain things. Unless you are getting paid to look a certain way no need to complicate things. Keep it simple and fun. This process is already hard no need to count calories and add more stress. Be disciplined 80% of the time and enjoy the other 20%. #weightlossjourney#lifestylechange#balance#8020rule
The mind is just like a muscle - the more you exercise it, the stronger it gets and the more it can expand. you have to believe in the possibility in your mind if you want to see change. it won’t be perfect, and give yourself grace for mess ups. Transformation is a journey not a destination. You will continually make mistakes. But that’s ok. As long as you learn grown and evolve along the way! My 2019 challenge for everyone is to dig deep on the inside. Love your body to feel alive, and fill it full of nourishing food that gives you energy. Do whatever works for you but don’t quit. Don’t stop fighting for yourself. Make this year the year you DEFINE YOUR GOAL!

I didn’t get here from drinking liquid protein shakes. I didn’t get here from drinking weight loss teas. I didn’t get here from suffocating my belly in a wrap. I didn’t get here from drugs. I didn’t get here from weight loss surgery. I got here from regularly exercising and learning how to properly fuel my body and not using food as entertainment. I spent so much of my life when I was obese thinking about what I felt like eating for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. Not sure how I got there but I was definitely time consuming. It’s so nice to have a smaller list of foods that I eat off of and keep consistent with what I do eat. I find myself eating a lot of similar meals that don’t take a lot of time, effort or thought. After all, we get to eat 3-5 times each day. There’s no need to treat each meal like it’s so special. The occasional nice meal? Sure, plan into it and make it yummy and entertaining. The rest of the time, it’s fuel for your body. Eat something that’s going to make your body feel good and keep you going to the next meal. Change the idea that you have about food and let’s crush some goals ♥️ #foodisfuel

🌸liberatevi di tutto ciò che non usate, che non serve ed è inutile;
🌸 controllate scadenze e quantità: prodotti finiti o scaduti vanno buttati;
🌸vecchi accessori: da eliminare elastici usurati, fasce bucate & co. .
🌸le collezioni dei vostri soggiorni: prodotti recuperati nei vari hotel, sono inutili e occupano un sacco di spazio.
Eccoci adesso a qualche idea per riorganizzare:
🛁 dividere: ogni persona deve avere una zona con i propri prodotti;
🛁spazio comune: ricavate una zona per i prodotti usati da tutti i componenti della famiglia;
🛁spazi chiusi: tieni al chiuso carta igienica, asciugamani e detersivi (affronteremo meglio queste categorie);
🛁 categorizzazione: dividete i ripiani in base alla categoria dei prodotti (viso/corpo/capelli);
🛁make-up: potreste utilizzare un cassetto o un ripiano per i vostri trucchi (nelle stories vi lascio il link ad un mio vecchio post più approfondito);
🛁sfruttare le pareti: per i bagni molto piccoli, potreste fissare mensole nella parte superiore a filo con il soffitto. Scomodo si, ma vi farà guadagnare spazio aggiuntivo;
🛁dietro la porta: perfetto per appendere asciugamani o accappatoi; 🛁cassetti divisi: potrete usare cestini, portaposate o divisori (come quelli di @ikeaitalia );
🛁lavabo: se avete sufficiente spazio, riservate una zona del lavabo per sistemare ciò che usate di più;
🛁carrello: in mancanza di spazio sufficiente per i vostri prodotti.
Buon lavoro 💪🏻😘😘
