This has been my go to shoulder warm up and activation for the past few years ✅
Grab some light plates, perform 15-20 reps for 3-4 sets before getting into any pressing or shoulder routines. Will save your shoulders in a big way! -
1st exercise: keep the plates horizontal to the ground with your palms facing upwards, lock your elbows in at 90 degrees and twist outwards
2nd Exercise: Hold plates parallel to the body at 180 degrees, relax your shoulders and let them drop then twist the plate outwards

Knowing something well, and being able to teach something well are two separate things. It takes a keen sense of understanding to be able to turn the light on for others.

Max Planck (1858-1947), German theoretical physicist who originated quantum theory, which won him the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1918. Planck made many contributions to theoretical physics, but his fame rests primarily on his role as originator of the quantum theory. This theory revolutionized our understanding of atomic and subatomic processes, just as Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity revolutionized our understanding of space and time. Together they constitute the fundamental theories of 20th-century physics. Both have forced humankind to revise some of the most-cherished philosophical beliefs, and both have led to industrial and military applications that affect every aspect of modern life.
