This is a 13 year challenge. After this photo at the age of 19 i started to hit the gym. I finished my last season as a soccer player through my teenage years then decided to lift weights for some form of exercise. Little did i know 3 years later i would become a pt and 13 years later i would be where i am. Been a long hard grind and a daily routine for me. It will never stop. Lets get it!!!
Chest & Abs
Yes, abs are made in the kitchen. But it can't hurt to work them some each week, right?
Remember to squeeze on those presses and flyes!
Start with 15/20 minutes of cardio to get the heart rate up.
3 rounds of each Triset. Adding in some cardio bursts today to burn a few extra calories!
1 - Barbell bench press 10-12 reps
2 - Captain Chair Leg Raises 10 reps
3 - Jog one minute
4 - Incline Dumbbell Chest Press 15 reps
5 - Kneeling Cable Crunch 15 reps
6 - 25 jumping jacks
7 - Lying Dumbbell Flyes 15 reps
8 - Bicycle Crunch 20 each side
9 - Mountain Climbers 20 each side

Serious note, Finished up a crazy weekend with the @gymshark fam in Sydney. Meeting so many of the people that follow us and being able to speak to them personally is one of the craziest feelings. Whilst it can get super tiring at times standing and talking for hours, it’s 100% worth it when you see the impact that people and we as a team can make, especially when you’re just used to seeing numbers and names on a screen. I say it every time but once again it was a surreal experience and I was stumped at the level of support and all round positivity. Cannot wait for the next event coming to a city near you 😂 .
