Anywho! It is no secret one of my biggest dreams is to go to France. So I'm working hard to raise enough money to make a trip there (This Eiffel Tower is just one of my France-related decorations in my office...).
I actually have a historical fiction project based there and wish to do my research in the very place it happened. To see the country, smell the air, understand the setting better than I would with a book.
Also, I plan on making more announcements on here about my fantasy series, new website, and so much more soon!
Scientists have found that smiling on purpose when you are upset, turned out to be the best thing to do to shift into a brighter mood.
It can lead you to feel actual happiness, joy and, amusement.
Remember it's a choice that you can make.

Try to feel this happiness of just being alive and being able to create your own personal state, despite of external circumstances.
Believe me this only choice will change EVERYTHING in your life...A GREAT GIFT TO YOURSELF 🎁🎀🎈 If you find some resistance 🤔 to just smile and feel happiness without a reason just stop 🤚and consciously breath for 1-2 minutes 🙇♀️🙇♂️ ...just be aware of your breathing.
When you feel present to that, ask yourself, what do I have to let go with the new exalation in order to be able to experience happiness?🍃 Let go the Should's, the What-if's, the struggles, the worries and ALLOW yourself to embrace happiness, NOW 🎯
This state that you will learn to create and maintain will influence outcomes in all area of you life.
You can do it, I know you can 🙌
When we are in the dark and facing a challenge, our mind loves to predict the outcome, but it cannot find a way. Normally we tend to put label on circumstances and call them good or bad. Try to look beyond that, sometimes the old should go so it can be a room for new! What if the challenge is there to redirect you to something better?
Washing out the fear.
Fear to open to others and also to yourself.
The fear to be lonely, fear to accept what's coming your way. Fear to lose, fear to let go because by the end of it nothing is permanent.
The fear exists in you just simply because you tend to fear all things at all times.
Washing out the expectations.
To give and expect nothing in return.
Don't be too harsh on yourself. Be present. Live in the moment.
More importantly be grateful and be appreciative of all things; bigger things and also smaller things.
Washing out the doubts, especially self-doubt.
Stop living based on assumptions and making decisions based on them. Living life as it comes. React when you need to, otherwise be still.
Trust your inner-self, listen to that small voice in you.
