You know, I could sit here all day and talk to you guys about the products I love, the clothes I wear, hair tips upon hair tips, skin care for days, and how to build a business and how to just get over your damn self already....
But let’s not forget about my best two accessories. ❤️❤️❤️ The love I have for these two, well if you’re a parent then you just know. She just loves him so much. He loves her just as much but doesn’t like to admit it. He thinks it hurts his man-ness 🤦🏻♀️.
I don’t post a lot about them because, let’s face it, the internet can be a weird place....but they’re my driving force. The biggest part of my “why” and I’m making it my mission to show them they can have whatever they want in life if they’re willing to work for it.
Gratitude is my superpower.
I believe it's the single easiest and fastest way to become a happier mama. Why? You cannot be happy without being grateful. It's as simple as that.
The benefits of gratitude are enormous. Gratitude affects our health, emotions, and personality. But also it influences the quality of our social life and our careers. But I don't do it because of the benefits. I see the benefits rather as a cherry of the pie. I practice gratitude because it is the cornerstone of my happiness. When you don't know what you are grateful about, when you don't count your blessings, you don't know you are blessed.
Gratitude practice literally transformed my life.
It today's world we usually rush from one task to another. There are not enough hours in a day. And we often fall victim to thinking about all the things we want and don't have yet. Instead, if we stop and appreciate how far we've come, we can feel more grounded and focused.
That's why I see gratitude as a first step on a path to happiness and conscious living.

I’m very jealous of everyone who’s had snow to play in today! Apparently we are supposed to be getting some snow tonight; so if I don’t wake up to scene like this, I won’t be happy. 🤣
We’ve had another sick note day today as little bear has tonsillitis. But she seems to be picking up a bit today, so I’m hoping that she is on the mend.
I’ve finally fallen down the @mariekondo hole and now feel the need to spend the rest of the night reorganising my drawers 🤦🏻♀️
feeling a little bit of a “hot mess” today. I’m watching a movie w the hubs and waiting for the temps to go up a little bit before I head back to the studio. Thankful we have heat and power. But I may need to invest in a full body snowsuit soon 😂😂

Yes, I get excited for trips I have planned but I am always content with where I am. Happiness is a choice and it’s also a feeling. It’s a way of life. It’s a mindset shift. •
If you’re not happy, change your circumstances. You are NOT stuck where you are. So stop waiting for things and be in the moment. Be happy where you are!

Do you remember when Monica was fat and Rachel had a big nose? Those flashback episodes were some of my favorites. 📺 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Usually once a season, the producers would give us a throwback episode that wouldremind us of where our favorite friends came from. Ross and Chandler were ridiculously, socially awkward and Phoebe was once homeless. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The reason these episodes were sprinkled in was to remind us of where they came from.It allowed us to build a deeper connection because it gave us something to relate with them about.
It showed us how they had grown, matured, and in Rachel’s case - she had plastic surgery.💁🏼♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is a great lesson for you and your social media. You have to periodically remind your audience how far you’ve come. You have to show them your underdog story. It makes you more real, relatable and reminds them that you’re not perfect — which is seriously important if you want to build an audience that truly connects with you on an emotional level. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We also love cheering for people to do better in their lives and if you’re like me I’m about always growing, evolving and being better in every area of my life whether it’s my appearance or my business expertise. So open up and take people on the journey. Remind them of something that you’ve overcome and share openly. I promise it will make a big difference- I mean just look at Monica and Rachel.
If you can love the wrong person that much imagine how much you can love the right one

If you would’ve told me 3 years ago that you could get an effective workout done in 20-30 minutes, I would’ve laughed at you. Seriously. 🤦🏼♀️
I used to think that you had to put in AT LEAST an hour to get anything out of it. Oh how I have learned... and grown. 🙏🏻
What I didn’t realize is how the nutrition and intentional working out makes ALL the difference. Sticking to a plan and routine has been a game-changer!
Today’s 20 minute workout was killer!! Pushing myself harder each day (while still listening to my body) has been EMPOWERING!
I can’t wait to see where I’ll be in 5 weeks, when I finish this program!!! 👏🏼👏🏼

Wisst ihr was? Ich mache tatsächlich all die Dinge, die ich poste 🤗 ich habe eine morgenroutine, eine to do liste, einen geblockten Terminkalender, einen Haufen Bücher zur persönlichen und beruflichen Weiterbildung und ich hab noch eines: eine enorm positive Einstellung und richtig viel Selbstbewusstsein
Tag für Tag arbeite ich an mir und an dem Leben, dass ich gerne hätte und ich liebe was ich tue. Jeder Tag ist einfach so viel produktiver und erfolgreicher mit positiven Gedanken - ich lass keine negativen Sachen mehr zu und ich bin definitiv gewachsen. Das ist ein unbeschreiblich schönes Gefühl
Ich lieb mich selbst endlich genug, um meinen Wert zu kennen und damit sollten wir alle beginnen- mit der liebe zu uns selbst. Der Effekt, den diese Selbstliebe kreiert, ist einfach ein Hammer
