What did you train/ off to train today?💪🏼 Friday is back n bi’s for me which I’m starting to looooove🙏🏼 Workout as follows
1)Straight Arm Pulldowns - 1 x 8-10
2)Lat Pulldowns - 2 x 6-8/ 1 x 8-10
3)Close Grip Lat Pulldowns - 2 x 8-10
4)Bent Over Row - 2 x 6-8
5)DB Shrugs - 1 x 8-10/ 1 x 12-15
6)Lateral Raises - 2 x 8-10/ 1 x 10-12
7)Barbell Curl - 1 x 6-8/ 1 x 8-10
8)Unilateral Cable Curl - 2 x 8-10
9)Cable Rope Curl 1 x 12-15
Still taking the low volume, high intensity approach to my training to just really see how I feel about it. Am tempted to go back to more volume but we’ll see 🤷🏼♂️
