Right or wrong whatever 😂.
I just wanted to hit 4 plates which I never done in my whole life.
I did brutal leg day AGAIN a day before 😴. My hamstring gave up on me half way.but I will get comfortable with this very soon, as far as I got it up some how, respect to my guy for the support @island_prince_0790.
And NO I am not injured Alhamdulillah.
That dirty 1 REP!!!!!!!!!!!!.
K soOo I wanted to talk about losing stomach fat 🤷🏻♀️ I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately on it so why not 🤓
There’s a few factors that helped me define my stomach this past year, here’s three things I did 🤗
1️⃣ I stopped buying candy/desserts and substituted it with natural sugars like fruit! I cut out as much artificial foods and stuck to greens, protein and needed carbs. I defs don’t diet but I just avoided foods like Trader Joe’s frozen orange chicken 😉
ALSO Fun fact: sugar is a big factor in gaining weight in your stomach and it’s the ONLY ingredient that doesn’t have a recommended daily intake because we don’t need it 😬
2️⃣ I increased my heart rate during workouts by adding faster paced circuits. Whether it was sprinting on the tree mill or doing supersets with weights AND cardio. You can’t spot reduce but it helped me burn fat where I store it aka my belly.
3️⃣ PATIENCE! It took me three months to start seeing results. This isn’t a quick fix, it’ll take time👏🏼
soooo I guess this post was to let you know, anything is possible with your body. It’s the one thing you can actually control in your life! Hope this helps someone because I sure wished I learned it sooner 🙃🙂 -
2009 was the life..... 🙌🏼 Soaking up that Cali sun in my fabulous Limited Too bathing suit (who else shopped there HAHA). Can’t forget about my cute teddy bear necklace that my crush gave me 🥰
Obviously didn’t wanna let go of my Limited too suit cause apparently I still like the same color scheme 😂👙 #10yearschallenge
Just a regular Push Day on a Tuesday 😌 •
👉🏻 Hitting 225lbs on flat bench press here for 5 reps! •
👉🏻 I’m blown I didn’t get to record myself benching 245 for 2 reps!! •
👉🏻If you know me, then you know my weakest lift is bench and how it’s been a goal of mine to pass 225 for the longest time! •
👉🏻 I’m proud, but never satisfied ✔️ #livewithoutfear
fav spot & I just was thinking
The cool thing I love so much about fitness is how it’s always a constant challenge. There’s always something to work on, something to be better at, or it could even be as simple as overall feeling better or living better. How dope is that. The whole outliving a healthy lifestyle thing- that’s my “goal” & I want to make you want to come along this fitness journey too (hints of why I love sharing n making posts like this). Each day there’s challenges I’ll face that’ll make me look @ tomorrow like: ha at least I know now & tomorrow... yeah it’ll be better. Just hang loose my lovely friends & keep at it.

3 YEARS OF PROGRESS🍑✨
14 years old ➡️ 17 years old
Growing up I was extremely thin. Although I was healthy, people would tell me to eat more or say I need some meat on my bones. I remember feeling so embarrassed when the only clothes I fit in were from the girls section while everyone else my age was already fitting into trendy clothing stores. It was definitely one of my biggest insecurities. I played tons of sports throughout my childhood and was always an active kid but I started taking fitness more seriously sophomore year (15 years old) when I joined my high schools weightlifting team. Lifting weights and getting stronger became my passion. It was all I wanted to do. I spent hours every night educating myself on training styles, macros, supplements, etc. I trained almost every day, sometimes even twice a day. Bettering myself and getting results pushed me to go harder every single time I stepped into the gym. Im currently 17 years old and i’ve never felt more motivated than I am right now to reach my goals and help YOU do the same! When I turn 18 I’ll be getting my personal training certification and furthering my knowledge of this amazing lifestyle to better guide you guys on your journey. It’s my dream to assist as many people as possible in reaching their goals, hitting those PR’s, boosting their confidence and feeling beautiful in their own skin⚡️
(P.S. there is no secret🙊The only way to build muscle is to lift heavy & eat lots of food!)

✨ Dreaming about my happy place right now! ✨
For those of you that may not know, I am a dual citizen! 🇺🇸🇨🇦 So one day it is my goal to move to San Diego. It is truly my favorite place. I feel motivated, revived & nourished when I am there.

#10yearchallenge but also like fake news bc this is 9 years - 14 —> 23 years old and I still look like a child! 🙂 I was probably sitting at 150-160lbs my freshman year of highschool (body recomp is crazy bc the scale hasn’t changed very much the last 10 years) and I can’t even begin to describe how hard being that “heavy” was on my body image when I was that young. Now I want to be ever thicker lmao, I guess that came full circle 😛 I’m so grateful for my fitness journey and this amazing community empowering women to love their body bc I know I’ve embraced these curves and it’s the most amazing feeling 🥰
Form check ✔️ Feeling healthy after a long period of lots of food and less training, not AS comfortable with my shape and strength though. But HEY, that’s why we have goals! Let’s set up some goals and work hard to reach them, we got this 😈
