The Power of Passion💥
A passion is that one thing you would do everything for. The one thing you could do for the rest of your life.
Passion is also one of the most powerfull things, that can drive us to success.
But we can all agree, that even our passion is not always fun.
We all had that one day, where we didn't feel like working out. But guess what? We still went for a quick workout, because we know that we would regret it on the next day. And that's the crazy thing about passion, especially when any type of sports is your passion. Getting better hurts! It just hurts! Every workout we have to push through the pain, squeez out that one more rep.
Just think about how weird and powerful it is, that we are "hurting" ourselves, so that we can suceed. From a biological standpoint this doesn't make any sense, because that's what our body's don't want. They want to be comfortable and cozy.. No matter what other passions you may have, nearly everything you learn in fitness can be applied on your other passions:
"Pushing until failure" (Of course not always)
"Being comfortable to get uncomfortable"
It all makes sense.

Here are 3 glute exercises to add to your lower body routine! You know how much I love hip thrusts & all kinds of variations with them! 👑☠️
1️⃣HIP THRUST CONSTANT TENSION 4x 10-12 I am keeping constant tension by not allowing the weight to touch the floor. I’m keeping the tension in the top range. (Hypertrophy)
2️⃣HIP THRUST DEAD STOP 5x5 You can go heavier with this! (Strength)
3️⃣GLUTE BRIDGE WITH PAUSE 3x 8-10 2 second pause at the top of each rep. Range of motion is less than the hip thrust & also recruits less quad activation so it’s a great one for the quad dominant girls out there. 👌🏼

Squeezed in a leg sesh today at @mob45official💥 I love finding new gyms near me through @esquaredfitness_uk, especially when they end up being so good with equipment that isn’t in my usual gym. I literally feel like it’s a new playground 😂🐒
I focused on hamstrings and glutes today and I definitely would recommend you try out this workout to get your legs fired up! 🙌🏼
