--- Miku presents a somewhat unconventional take on sushi, pairing delicate seafood (and, in our case, wagyu beef as well) with unique flavours (olive tapenade, anyone?) that surprise and delight. A wonderful meal of omakase nigiri, finished off by a lovely "Green Tea Opera" for dessert (green tea genoise, matcha butter cream, hazelnut wafer, adzuki bean).

Saus untuk pempek Palembang namanya 'cuko', bukan berarti ini dominan dengan cuka makan yang biasa ditambahkan pada makanan yang bernuansa asam, tetapi hanya nama saja, 'cuko'. Bahan baku 'cuko' terutama gula merah, bawang putih, bawang merah, garam, sedikit cuka makan, air sesuai kekentalannya dan cabai sesuai kepedasannya, terkadang dicampur dengan udang tumbuk. Nah, perpaduan berbagai bahan ini menentukan kelezatan bahkan keterkenalan sebuah kedai pempek.

So until like this weekend. Was not worried about not eating meat 🍖 Loving it actually 🌱 However, I am starting to question whether it is sustainable!? Do we think supplements are needed!! Hmmmmmmmmmm. Am enjoying it though for sure. Just a bit of food for thought (pardon the pun). .

The breakfast in India is MAJOR - woke up today craving this beautiful homemade plate I had @restaurantfairy's house in #Delhi! Freshly made #dosa (slide left to see the action!), the fluffiest #paneer, seasonal green mango pickle, #pomegranate and papaya from their garden, chili 🌶 chutney and Indian scrambled eggs.
