Happy Tuesday everyone! Today is such an odd day, it feels like a Monday but it’s Tuesday 😮 I’ve been traveling, but now that I’m back home, I’m trying intermittent fasting! Anyone here practice IF?? I’m looking for some tips and advice 😊 so far it has been fine, but I get pretty hungry at the end of my fasting periods. If you do IF, comment advice/ experience below 🔻

My homemade ‘Krispy Kreme’ doughnuts. Freshly made doughnuts filled with fresh cream, dipped in Nutella and sprinkled with chopped Ferrero Rocher. The rest were filled with homemade custard, dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with crushed Maltesers. 😍

Consisting of Japanese wagyu, pork, shrimp, squid, octopus and fried egg, the "Legendary Okonomiyaki" is a clear indication of why @botejyu_osaka is one of the most famous and long-standing Okonomiyaki restaurant chains in Osaka!
Super filling, savoury, and with a kick of spice (thanks to the shichimi togarashi), I could continue to eat and eat and eat 😋
