Als onderdeel van het FIT opleidingsprogramma hebben onze Project Consultants op donderdag 17 januari hun Lean Training verder voortgezet om uiteindelijk hun Yellow Belt te behalen. De training staat geheel in het teken van het leren en toepassen van de meest gebruikte instrumenten en technieken binnen de Lean filosofie: een actiegerichte training met de nodige theorie, veel interactie, oefeningen en plezier!
Mann.. It's taken a photo challenge to actually look back and realize how much time and effort has been put in the last decade.. Then and now.. Looks like I've worked my butt off and it's actually paid back equally well.. No substitute to hard work, smart work and discipline.. Feel even more motivated now!! #♥️
Hello sorry for the delay but here’s the update on Day 15: last night I was tired but made it to the gym 3 days in a row straight. Trying to be super consistent and succeeding so far. Here’s my workout set: emphasis upper back, and arms.
A1: unilateral lat pull down to bilateral lat pull down 3x10 each movement and arm
A2: tricep pushdown 3x15
A3: face pulls 3x10
A4: wide grip lat pull down 3x10
B1: lucky 7s courtesy of @oogie007 wide grip bicep curl, closed grip bicep curls and DB bicep curls 3x7 each movement.
B2: closed grip triceps push ups 3x10
B3: skull crushers 3x10
B4: unilateral row to triceps extension 3x10
C1: cable biceps curl with straight bar 3x10
C2: cable biceps curl with rope handles 3x10
C3: cable triceps push down 3x10
C4: cable triceps push ups 3x10

Class Description: Relax and restore range of motion in this class that will slow you down enough to forget your outside to do list & allow your body to do its own, while all to a live sound bath with sound bowls by Rita.
We will practice gratitude for our bodies by holding important stretches intended for muscle groups that are harder to relax properly.
More so, we will become aware of what sensations arise from these stretches and learn how to cope with needed discomfort in order to produce optimal results in the body.
Lastly, we will prime the mind for meditation through sounds & reflections. Thus creating the mind & body connection that is yoga.
This class is perfect for sports athletes wanting to explore meditation, gym goers wanting to learn effective stretching, and the yogi practicing Vinyasa and/or other yang yoga classes.
What to bring to the workshop:
💥Yoga mat (if you do not own a mat, you may borrow a communal mat from The Fit Factor Studio)
💥Wear comfortable yoga clothing. No shoes are required.
💥Bring a big smile and arrive ready to have fun and learn!
