Chest&Lite Back Day.
I want to build my chest back up in size and strength, so I start my week off with the workout. I broke down my on my 1RM(1 rep max) by % in to 5sets of 4-6 reps for you see the % for each set lower in the text. My 1RM is 315lbs right now, I know not the best but I want to get it back to 405. I through in some back exercises because missed it the day before, everything else today was just a bonus. Enjoy and try it out!

Today, we worked on front squats and push ups - basic movements that, with scaling, anyone can do! We concentrate on creating good mobility, then performing movements safely, before then adding load. All our classes are based around this concept.
And that is not all! We look to improve the quality of movement we do, and by having small classes - all coached - we are able to do that.
Here, our member Chantelle is working on her front squat & her clean (a movement to get the weight off the floor to resting on shoulders). Her technique and the bar path has been good for some time, but we've helped her improve her understanding of the movement, & we are now working with her on maximising her extension to allow her to safely and efficiently move more weight 🏋🏻♀️ That is the most important thing we do: we empower others to improve, and we coach movements to enhance understanding rather than just focus on what is on the bar ✅

One thing that's super important is to feel comfortable with yourself and your own body. There's many ways to work with this both physically and mentally, but I would say confortable clothes really help! I highly recommend this brand. 💥💥🍑🍑
