All you need is this....
I get ask almost every single day how can i lose weight ? What’s is the one thing i must do to get results and to be honest is as simple as this...
1) the Believe you have about accomplishing the weight you want... sometimes this can be super hard when you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, and that’s when you need to have someone a support group, a group of people who can raise your Believe when you can see step 2. When it comes to losing weight you MUST have someone supporting you, LET ME REPEAT THAT AGAIN.. YOU MUST HAVE SOME ONE SUPPORTING YOU, so when you feel like giving up that person encourages you to keep going... the end goal of this bullet is to raised that internal belief to upgrade your mindset...
2) You must have the right strategy in place, the right roadmap, to get the desire result... when is the best time to have the map before you enter into the Woods or after ? Again not having the right strategy the right mentors can cost you a ton of frustrations and not even that a ton of time... trust me it happen to me when i was 300 Pounds..
3) This is like the most IMPORTANT one EXECUTING, if you don’t get yourself to execute the plan then you can’t get results, you must understand yourself, you must persuade your own mind so you can get yourself to take ACTION...
4) and this is when most people give up... when they don’t see result ASAP, if you can get something out of this post is this, i dont know in what stage of your weight loss journey you are but something i gonna tell you is this... you must have patience you must fall in love with the process even when you don’t see the light... on those times when you can’t actually see the light, that’s when results are made, you just can’t see it now because you are too disappointed and frustrated...

Avocado chicken and basil salad 🥗😍
1 medium tomato (cut into chunks)
1 medium sized Chicken Breast
1 small avocado (peeled and sliced)
2 table spoon olive oil (divided)
Fresh basil Lemon or lime (whatever you have handy) Salt and Pepper
Pan sear chicken with one table spoon olive oil with salt pepper and any spices you enjoy
Once chicken is cooked, chop. On a platter arrange chicken, avocado and tomatoes.
Drizzle with remainder olive oil and lime juice. Then salt, pepper and fresh basil.
