GUYS! My cold is gone! (knock on wood) Still a little stuffy, but I woke up feeling amazing and beyond ready for the Bahamas!! I can thank the Hot Toddies and @doterra on guard for doing some work on getting my body back to normal! 2 nights full of work and Brennen and I head to Miami on Sunday! .
Keep pushing no matter what’s going on, you are capable of getting through it! Been struggling these last few weeks, but I’m making sure I’m putting in the work no matter what. Workouts have been hard while having a cold, but I’ve been pushing my body to its capability and sticking to my diet as much as possible, plus drinking lots of H2O! But I am ready to crush some WODs in the Bahamas with some of my favorite people! Sunday hurry up! 🤗

This morning was one of those mornings where i realized i had a wee bit too much fun last night and didn’t make it to @shedfitnessoxford at 9:30am like i planned and instead woke up at 3:30pm. That’s life. Sometimes plans change and that’s okay.
