Comfort.. a place where you feel safe, cozy, at ease. But also a place you WILL NOT EXCEL. •
We all really are incredible.. we have the ability to adapt. When put in an environment outside our norm, our bodies, minds, inner beings adapt. •
This is why we should not stay within our comfort zone. There are 3 zones we have; comfort zone, performance zone and a danger zone. •
Comfort zone gets us no where.. we are cozy in our pjs, feeling lazy, unmotivated and just vegging out
Danger zone is an extreme.. it’s a point of losing control and causing damage to your being. •
Now the performance zone is a bigger area to live in.. its a place where you can see many levels of progression, from being slightly outside your comfort to really pushing beyond it. It’s a place where we should all live in, a place where we should always be grateful of what we have accomplished and where we are in the present but yet strive to better ourselves.
Let’s push beyond our comfort zone.

🔺7 ways that I’ve transformed since 2014🔺
1. As the guy in the left picture, I hated taking my shirt off and always found a way for my kid to cover my belly.
Now I’m can take my shirt off at the pool or beach with my kids and not worry about how I look. 🔹
2. Back then I had no confidence and was defeated... full of self-doubt and self-limiting beliefs
Now I’m confident that I can do anything I put my mind to! 🔹
3. Back then I was exhausted and not truly happy. I could fake it well but deep inside I was hurting.
Now I’m full of life and energy that comes from an authentic place of loving my life and wanting to help others come to love theirs! 🔹
4. I used to say I was too busy but truth was that I was incredibly unorganized with my time.
Now I am more organized with my time than ever. I feel like I’ve created a balance in health, fitness, career, and family that works for me. 🔹
5. Back then I was uninspired and dreaded getting out of bed in the morning.
Now I wake up, inspired and ready to make the most of my days. 🔹
6. I had no clue how to eat and program my workouts to get the look I dreamed of. I thought if I didn’t have time for a full hour or more workout then there was no point in even trying to get a workout in.
Now I’ve got a healthy nutrition plan that gets me the results I want without depriving myself of the foods I love. And most days I work out 30-45min max. 🔹
7. The way I felt about myself was negatively affecting my interactions in the relationship with my wife, kids and even business.
Now, my relationship with my wife, kids and clients is better than I could have imagined. 🔻
Did having abs fix everything about my life? No... but the man I’ve become in the process has did. .
