Weekend rituals... we LOVE having a roast chicken 🐓 from Farmer Max 👨🌾 for lunch on Sundays - sets us up for the week with a stack of leftovers that can see us through several weekday meals. 🥘 These succulent, tasty chickens are raised in the foothills of Mount Kenya 🏔 on a farm dedicated to regenerative farming methods. The chooks 🐥 start their lives on spacious, comfy pens, then when they’re big enough they are moved out to a mobile pen on the grass. Here they can feast on dudus and grasses 🌾 and their manure helps regenerate the soil. 💩♻️ Each day the pen is moved, so another area on the farm is fertilized. The genius lies in its simplicity! 🤓 .

Are you a lover of @traderjoes Cauliflower Gnocchi but never are able to get them crispy!? Well stop the madness because I figured out a way to make them magical!
I used my Air Fryer and it worked wonders! Steps are below 😃👇👇👇
Start off by preheating your Airfryer to 400 degrees. In the meantime add half the bag of frozen gnocchi to a bowl and make sure each gnocchi is separated. Drizzle some EVOO on top then season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Red Pepper Flake. Mix up then add in a single layer to the air fryer and bake at 400 for 6 minutes, shaking at the halfway mark. Now remove and spray with some Avocado Oil or Olive Oil and shake again then put in the air fryer for 4 more minutes.
They come out nice and crispy on the outside and have a super amazing texture in the middle! I literally ate this whole bowl with no sauce or anything since they were insane! Hope you guys love this!!!

We're expecting a big storm tomorrow, so I bought extra ingredients to make another batch of these Cheesesteak Nachos as my snowed-in comfort food.
