I nearly let other people’s opinions stop me! What others think about me is none of my fucking business, but what I think of myself is everything! You have to start looking at food as if it’s your medicine or your medicine will become your food! Take advantage of your free time in your day or be sure to MAKE time in your day to whip up a couple well balanced meals for tomorrow!
Keep it simple on options and be sure to portion your intake depending on your overall goal😎.
Lean protein, complex carbohydrates, and veggies 4-6 times per day consistently over a long period of time will make a MASSIVE impact on your overall wellness and energy. It will be hard, but damn is it worth all the struggle.
I personally do 4 whole food meals plus two sustained assimilation protein shakes. Super easy and convenient way to add sweetness into my day while taking a HUGE load off the amount of protein I have to cook for the week.
