I used to worry what others thought of me, what I do, often ending up with changing me so I was liked but by the wrong people then getting hurt. I have learnt over the last few years I don’t need to change, because I don’t need those people in my life. The ones who really care and love me for whom I am and understand what I do are always there for me even if I don’t see them all the time they will be there if I need them. Love yourself and be who you are and the right people will always be there.
Do you want a long life or a magnificent life? Do you want a happy life or a powerful life?
If you want a magnificent life, what are you doing to make life magnificent? Without plan, isn’t your possible magnificent life slowly becoming a boring long life?
Of this I am absolutely certain. The quality of people you spend the greatest amount of time with affect your mindset, attitude and altitude in life.
As humans, we are influenced by the things we see and hear so we have to pay close attention to what people around us say and do and ask the important question: Is this the kind of things I want to be saying or doing a year or two from now?
The more I spend time with people with a First class mindset, the more I elevate my attitude and lifestyle. If you want to be a lion, you have to hang out with lions.

I've been super hard on myself lately 🤦
Maybe it's just feeling crappy after Xmas, hormones or other stuff going on.
As long as I've been at this there's never been a time I haven't loved my body, lean or not so lean, purely because of what it's capable of doing 💪💛
Sometimes it's so easy to get sidetracked.
I know I'll never have a skinny minnie waist, and I'm okay with that... sometimes i wish my legs were bigger 'bigger than new york city' 😂 ...... but that's doable right?! 😊
So mindset is back in order ☑️
Body confidence is not defined by a number. Not on a scales, on a measuring tape and definitely not on the label on the back of your jeans.
Your health is so much more than that 👌
At the start of the year, I set myself a challenge of cleaning up my diet and tracking again. Mostly to see how I respond to X amount of calories and training. This, I 100% plan on sticking to.
As regards my relationship with my body, we broke up for a while 😊 ......but we're back together again 💛💪
I've said it before and I'll say it again,
You can still love your body how it is, while working on it to make it healthier 💛
If all you do in 2019 is make the right choice or the best choice possible I guarantee you will succeed!
Choose a yummy Healthy smoothie over the double cheese burger!
Choose going to the gym over sitting down and relaxing and watching mindless TV!
Choose working on your business idea instead of hanging out with people and drinking too much on the weekends.
Choose saving your money instead of spending it on useless things you don't even really want!
Invest your time on your own personal development & growth instead of wasting your time on entertainment!
Choose to spend your time in inspiring environments and positive people rather than places or with people who don't move you closer to your dreams!
Choose to speak well and dress well rather than trying to be so cool and hip!
Choose to make those 10 extra business calls a day! •
Choose to get to bed a little earlier so you can wake up and start your day at 5am!
It all starts with YOU being aware of your own self and your objectives & goals!
Being conscience of your own self and your every decision and choice has been the key to my success in life and if 2019 is going to be your year, YOU are going to have to be totally aware of your thoughts, feelings and actions...100% of the time!
It is no longer acceptable to get through the day mindlessly and expect things to change....they won't change if you keep running the same patterns that got you into this mess in the first place!
The Gift of Awareness is one of the greatest gift I can give you. You need to be aware 100% of the time of your thought, feelings, actions and your goals and outcomes so you can start making choices that move you towards your greatest victory in 2019 and beyond!
Turning 60 has been an extraordinary experience and I am just so grateful that I can say, being aware, making right choices and staying focused has lead me to my ultimate happiness has been so worth it all!
