3 bananas médias maduras

5 cs de cranberry

Raspas de 1 laranja ▪️Modo de preparo
Misture rapidamente com as mãos todos os ingredientes secos. Amasse com um garfo 2 bananas. Adicione a manteiga de amendoim, a baunilha e as raspas de laranja. Misture rapidamente com o garfo, até ficar homogêneo. Adicione esta pastinha nos ingredientes secos e amasse bem com as mãos. Se a massa estiver muito seca, amasse mais uma banana e adicione na massa. Forre uma forma com plástico filme e pressione a massa. Tente nivelar bem. Cubra com mais plástico filme e deixe na geladeira por 4h.

This dish was awesome! And I don't use that word lightly to describe food, my friend. I literally gasped when I tasted the sunchokes straight out of the oven. You see, I've been working on a few techniques and this dish uses two of my favorites I've developed over the last couple of years.
The first one involves a refined salt & oil-free roasting technique that give you results comparable to roasting in salt and oil and I've nailed it! The sunchokes come out perfectly cooked, browned, crispy, with not even a hint of bland, leathery dryness that can result from roasting oil-free vegetables.
The second is a flavor layering & concentrating technique, that lends itself so well to wfpb cooking which doesn't use salt, oil, & sugar to boost flavors. It may take a couple of extra steps & a little more time, but you get rewarded with truly phenomenal & complex flavors!
