Thai Sweet Chilli Salmon - I love Salmon but like to add some flavour to it & it doesn’t get much simpler than this💛
All you need to do is season your fillets & rub Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce all over & leave to marinate for at least 30 mins or prepare in the morning & leave in the fridge. Cook on parchment paper with a drizzle of olive oil or spray oil for lower cals for 20 mins @ 190 degrees. I add some more sauce 5 mins before the end. Serve with chopped spring onion...

I'm human I like my treats but it's easy to get carried away. If your aiming for a calorie deficit just look for these simple little hacks to stay on track. These ones have probably saved me around 500kcals 🙌
I spent years on various fad diets when I was younger. From Slimfast to the oxo diet. And guess what happened when I stopped them....? Thats right, I put all the weight back on, sometimes more. If you are cutting massive amounts of calories or certain food groups and losing large amounts of weight per week, it’s NOT just fat. You are mainly losing water weight and if you’re in a big enough deficit you will be losing muscle too.
Slow and steady wins the race! For a sustainable weight loss aim for around 1 pound per week.
