Today’s office. Got the essentials, coffee, water, coffee...did I say coffee? Actually weird fact, I used to be an avid coffee drinker every morning. Like couldn’t go without it every single day kinda person. Since eating nutritionally sound, my body doesn’t crave it in the morning anymore. Weird right? It just seems too sweet first thing in the morning now.

More on sleep habits ..... This is my favourite teabag tea. I drink a lot of it. All day. Afternoon. Evening. I learnt today that green tea has caffeine in it!

I know someone who can drink caffeinated drinks including coffee Day and night and she still sleeps like a log. Most of us aren't so lucky. So on top of my previous post of good sleep habits, I recommend no caffeine after noon. By the way, this includes some fizzy drinks like Diet-coke!

I finally checked out @indabacoffee’s new location and I think it’s my favorite one! It’s a great space with tons of light. Of course I’m always partial to places that have GF options and bonus points for when they’re clearly marked. But why is GF bread always so tiny? I wanted more!
