#transformationtuesday Left picture is somewhere around my 13th or 14th birthday weighing around 150-160lbs at the start of my Bodybuilding Venture and the Right picture is from a year ago weighing around 200-210lbs at 16 years old. This was around the time where I dedicated my free time to lifting and started taking this Bodybuilding thang a little more seriously. Now being 17 years old I can say that I now know what I really gotta do to improve even more and no others goals in mind other then improving everything about me. Let’s work to take this sh*t to a whole new level within the next few years.
Posing is a bit different but I think you can see the progress. Picture on the left is from last week, picture on the right is from December 2016, after over a year into weightlifting. In the left picture I weigh roughly 155-160lbs and in the picture on the right I was probably 135-140lbs. You can clearly see my stomach isn’t as tight and flat but that’s because I’ve been building muscle over the past couple years..
One thing I can not stress enough, if you want to put on muscle, the scale is going to go up and so is your body fat %!!!! You cannot gain muscle without gaining fat as well

10 years in the making, a bit more muscle, some facial hair, tattoos, but still sarcastic as fuck, extremely motivated, always hustling, and always trying to better myself & those around me .

No filter/editing for my 10 month #transformationtuesday Its funny because looking back at this vacation, I felt super confident and comfortable with my body, but it's evident (to me) that my body looks leaner now. It's true that you can genuinely be happy with whatever stage you are at with your body❤️No weightloss program was enforced, just heavy lifting and a little bit of discipline in the kitchen. You don't have to be perfect, but consistency will give you the results. And yes it's a snow pic again because the other was deleted anddddd it's my most recent👙pic
