Health and Wellness keep the mind and body going. For me, Kung Fu keeps the spirit connected to physical. It’s been a huge aid to my anxiety, I’ve found mentorship with my Sifu and my school, and I’ve found focus that I carry into all the work I do. -
I won’t lie; I’ve been slacking to the max with my eating habits, with my exercise, with my consistency. -
I allow the excuse that “I’m too busy” or “too tired” to plague my mind and body. I was asked recently “how do you find time to do all you are doing?” -
SACRIFICE is the only answer. However the lesson in this is that you cannot always sacrifice for traction and momentum. Sometimes you have to take care of you. Your body, your mind, your spirit. -
This morning as I was leaving to start my day I decided to exchange blows with a silent partner of mine. Loosen up some of the rust in my movements and let my spirit and body flow. -

🔹350gr de harina de fuerza
🔹Una cucharilla rasa de sal
🔹45gr de aceite de oliva virgen extra
🔹1 sobre de levadura
🔹220gr de agua a temperatura ambiente
👉🏼 Mezclamos todos los ingredientes y amasamos durante unos 5'. Engrasamos un bolw, metemos la masa dentro, tapamos con film transparente y dejamos reposar en un lugar cálido 1 hora. Debemos repetir el amasado y el reposo por lo menos 1 vez. Yo lo he hecho 2
👉🏼Cogemos una porción de masa y la estiramos un poco con las manos. Ponemos sobre papel vegetal. Echamos un poquito de aceite por encima, ponemos los toppings. En este caso, tomates cherry, cebolla, parmesano y otro chorrito de aceite.
