Done ribs a few times and it was bought to my attention the supermarkets here are stocking @sbrbbq barbeque sauce. I normally make my own, but for $5 this stuff from America is unreal! Worth a try on anything!! Done a with a sweet potato salad to go with.
I bent the keto rules just a bit tonight...First I warmed up some sugar-free barbeque sauce and no-sugar-added crushed pineapple. Then, I added in my turkey meatballs and let those get warm all the way through before enjoying them! I like this recipe because you can cook everything relatively quickly on the stove, or in a Crock-Pot all day so it's waiting for you when you come home. #keto#meatballs#turkeymeatballs#barbeque#bbqsauce#barbequesauce#pineapple#crockpot#dinner#recipe
RECIPE ALERT!!! FOR THOSE WHO REQUESTED IT. HERE'S THE HONEY BARBEQUE CHICKEN RECIPE.

Directions: Wash chicken in a bath of fresh water and vinegar, drain, and dry. Then season chicken with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili pepper, and sugar, set aside and let it marinate for 2-3 hours.
Direction for Sauce: Combine in a small saucepan over low-medium heat, 2 cups of barbeque sauce, half(1/2) cup honey, 3 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons hot sauce, 4 tablespoons butter, half(1/2) tablespoon garlic powder and stir 5-6 minutes, or until ingredients are mixed and sauce thickens.
Pre-heat the oven to 350°, grease baking tray, and place chicken on it, coat with your sauce and place it in the oven, for 40 minutes. Turn chicken once, apply a second coating of sauce, and place back in the oven for an additional 40 minutes. When Chicken is cooked completely, remove from the oven and apply a third coating of the sauce (this last time is optional). Total cooktime is 1 hour and 20 minutes.😊❤
