Train insane or remain the same... CORRECTION: Train intelligently... train smarter not harder, move slower, control more, no short cuts. The end result is what we all strive for!! #donttellmewhentosmile
405lb squat from the GoodLife spin4kids a couple months back. Look at that “I have terrible mobility” claw finger grip hahaaaaa. We’ve made a few adjustments since then and been working harddd on mobility since realizing the importance of it when I was focusing on Olympic lifting. BIG THINGS COMING
A very fun bit of dotwork today, a something I used to do a lot of and moved away from to develop other techniques, was super fun building textures in this pieces though. The shape is taken from an antique compass, pretty fucking cool I thought.
Felt a big shift happening in the last few days, chunks of rotting flesh falling away to allow the healthy meat to heal, lot of release and catharsis.
Saw true reality for the first time in a good long while today, the egg shell like hologram, all the identities floating around as projections.
The aspects, the people, just grains of the divine floating around, and seeing this I was filled with bliss. Hard to explain. Just remember to stay hydrated and love yourself 😘
Took 5.5 years before I got to do full coverage backpiece. I’m glad because I feel that I can now do it justice as I’ve learned so much (and continue to learn everyday). Slowly working our way toward completion... one session at a time. Thank you to this family for sticking by me since the beginning. I seriously love you guys and it’s always a pleasure working for you. I think I can safely say you are friends now. ♥️
Justin’s got the finish line in sight thanks again for the trust bud was great the catch up. Collaboration with @briangrover27 he did the tiger 🐯 we’d both love to start more project like this if you’re interested @autonomytattoo
10 year transformation... 17 to 27... Working like an animal on a farm is what got me into lifting weights... this mornings 430am wakeup call reminded me of those early mornings. YEAH, I milked cows and did chores on a farm for 5 years... picture that!
