One more reason I do what I do 💚
Great Testimonial From Charlie this morning 🙌
This is my amazing boy! He is super smart and super hyper! Meltdowns and outbursts were an everyday occurrence. He started kinder this year. My wife and I were nervous that he was going to get in trouble a lot, not be able to sit still and be disruptive. In July we decided to try CBD oil! It was the best decision we have made! Immediately he started sleeping through the night! His outbursts became less! He has not gotten in trouble one time at school! He is being praised by the teachers for being a great kid who always listens! When we see him getting to the point of "crazy" we give him a drop or 2 and he levels out. It has been a life changer for everyone in my family! I'm so thankful for this God given natural oil with No side effects!

Here’s how I procrastinate:
1. Scroll Instagram and tell myself I’m working.
2. Shop amazon.
3. Start organizing the house.
5. Sit and stare at the computer thinking about all the things I should be doing.
Did you know studies show the main reason we procrastinate is a fear of failure?! We keep ourselves from facing our true potential by avoiding challenges and putting things off. Can anyone relate 🙋♀️. Here is one thing that has helped me break procrastination over the last couple months:
USE A TIMER ⏱ :
This week say one thing you want to work on, could be answering emails, organizing your closet, working out or writing a book! Set you phone timer for 18 min. Once that 18min is up keep resetting your timer for 18 min until you no longer make it through an 18min session that’s when you know you need to take a break or move on.
How do you procrastinate?
