Often times we don't appreciate where we're at. We're too focused on the past or future and we miss out on the present. Can I just say I love the life I live! I've done so many things in my short life. Here's my 10 yr challenge; what have you done in your ten yrs? What are you grateful for? I don't say any of this to brag, I say it to praise to God because he deserves the glory. In ten years I have been around the world to many Nations, remote places most dare not go. I've sung all over the world, spoken to hundreds of thousands of people encouraging them and sharing God's love. I worked for the police for many years and saved animals and people for a living. I broke into acting and landed several roles on TV shows and in movies. And now I have moved to New York living out yet another dream! I love my life! I am so grateful for every opportunity and every person who has touched my life. My heart is for the Nations and New York City is the most diverse city in the world! So no wonder I feel so at home! Let's refocus our eyes on God and the positive because we are BLESSED! #iloveyouthismuch#lovetheworld#lovethelifeyoulive#10yearchallenge#tenyearchallenge#blessed#newyorkcity#dreamsdocometrue#acting#singing#missionary#nations#police#travel#faith#love#grateful#gratitude
There have been a few moments in my life that have changed my direction in which I am travelling, and this was one of them! Four years ago I had a career-changing injury that left me unable to compete or train in Jiu-jitsu for at least 18 months. I knew I would never have the same mobility again. This forced me to look for something equally, if not more, challenging to peruse as a passion. And I found that in acting when a very generous director and producer decided to take a chance on a very green actor. They gave me a big role in a 30mil dollar feature film shot in Belgium. I had four weeks to prepare for this role and I gave it all I had. And with the help of Timo, German Actor Udo Kier and the rest of the crew I was able to do as well as I possibly could at that time. Years went by since filming. I was able to return to Jiu-jitsu after using the money I made from filming to fix me knee. I was also lucky enough to build a website that helped me take my coaching to a worldwide level. Helping over 10,000 people learning Jiu-jitsu much faster. And finally last night we had the Fan Premier in Finland. And I have to say I’ve never experienced something like that in my life. The people involved and fans that came to watch had an energy and kindness to them that will stick with me till I die. This really lit a fire under my ass to get me to get this American Visa finished and start making more movies and continuing to evolve as and actor and human. I know a lot of you get frustrated with some of my posts, some are here for BJJ, some are here for my acting and others here for aesthetically pleasing booty 😉 and I can’t cater to all just yet. But there will be a time all three can be together! (If you just pictured my naked ass doing bjj in a movie, then you’re sick! But that’s exactly what I’m talking about 😜). Regardless, Thank you for being here with me on this journey! And things are only getting started!

Many people don’t know but My first dream was to be an actress. I did a lot of community theatre programs and some plays when I was younger, even flying to New Zealand with my community theatre group for a historical play. I’ve always loved the arts but when I realized the struggles I would face I let my childhood dreams go and decided to find a new passion. 👩🏼🍳 I am still open to future endeavours but for now it’s just a thought. On that note I feel like if I had an acting portfolio this would one of my headshots. #headshot#acting#dreams#actress#childhood#passion#fun#theatre#arts#community#stannsbayplayers#serious#vancouver#novascotia#hollywood. Psychological horror films are best at drawing people in and taking them on an unexpected journey!
“Get Out” is no exception. Director Jordan Peele is a master at this technique. Watch “Get Out” before you see his latest film “Us.”

Oh hey! Here’s my first selfie of 2019. I didn’t brush my hair today, this shirt is like 8 years old and behind me is a toilet. My dog is currently farting on the couch and my breath smells like an everything bagel! 2019 I’m ready for ya.
Hast du die Schokolade gesehen? 🍫
Die Frage kommt in letzter Zeit bei mir echt zu oft😂
Ich genieße es richtig mir einfach mal keine Gedanken über Essen zu machen. Sonst habe ich mir immer gedacht, darf er dass?
