Day 13 of 78 and oh my friends, we have the tower. So many major arcana lately wow! Anyone else been seeing this card a lot on social media the last few days? It immediately flew out of my deck. I think this has a lot to do with the super blood wolf full moon tomorrow. This is a HUGE energy shift on earth. Big new beginnings. Expect the unexpected. Shifts are coming rapidly and the universe will be shaking things up even if we aren’t prepared it. It will be uncomfortable and push you out of your comfort zone. The tower is an omen of something big happening that will shake you to your core. Something that will forever change you, the way you live your life and your perception of it. I have gone thru a few tower moments in myself, I can pick them out explicitly. I’m sure you can too. They were pushing/forcing me to change into a new phase of my life even if I went kicking and screaming not knowing why. Painful and hard at the time, but needed and I’m so much better for it now. Just know when the dust settles it was all for your highest good even if you can’t see the light in the storm. Having built a solid foundation (even if you may need to start from the bottom building your bigger stronger tower again) know you will be ok and better than ever after these events. The tower can predict a shocking change, destruction, loss, acts of divine love, breakups, dramatic closure, liberations and freedom and even catastrophe. This can be tangible in the 3D world or inward both spiritually/mentally. Either way you’ll know when you’re going thru it. Have faith dear one, everything will be ok. One step at a time and let it come. You got this! You cannot move forward still attached to the past, this might be whats needed to propel you forward. With much love and gratitude xoxo

Over the years I've realized how important these four concepts really are, and by applying them, how much progress I've made.
✊GRIP STRENGTH - It's a matter of controlling what you're doing. Throwing weights around, dropping them (no matter how heavy) says that you can't handle it or that you're careless and inconsiderate of people around you. On a deeper level, grip strength correlates with commitment and willingness to hold on to good things.
⚖BALANCE - Having balance helps you correct deficiencies in strength which effects cardio endurance and reduces/prevents injury. On a deeper level, balance is how life thrives in every element of our existence. There's gain, but not without sacrifice, so balance can establish order.
💨BREATHING - Breath is life, and how we breathe shows that were anxious, hyped or calm and relaxed. During training, breathing with a rhythmic flow keeps us from passing out or getting to tired too fast. On a deeper level, breath is life and the patterns of breathing creates vibrations in our environment creating a positive, neutral or negative energy.
🧠MIND-BODY FOCUS - This concept ties them all in together. Feeling yourself as you are active, every detail of movement is going to help you connect from within. On a deeper level, when the mind and body is connected we have union, we are yoked 😌🙏🏾
But so often we run and avoid stillness and standing because we are afraid that if we slow down the truth might catch us. The bad news is we can’t out run hurt and struggle. The good news is we can’t out run grace either. Thank you @brenebrown and Mary Oliver your words are grace in action.
One of the most powerful aspects of going through difficult times is that you get to define who you are. With every difficult situation, you get to choose wether to react from a space of love, or to react from a space of fear. I want to remind you that . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . you are NOT your body . . . . . . . . . . . . This experience is an illusion and you are creating it. You are creating it with your thoughts, with your feelings, and with your spoken word. Through challenging times choose to define yourself in love by thinking good thoughts about yourself, feeling good about yourself, and speaking well about yourself. You are in control.
