Day 3, feet are sore and my lower back is sore because of my belly but I’m staying honest with myself and consistent! My goal is 1 hour a day of cardio at the very least. I’m grateful for my life and the people in it and the opportunities I have been given. This is me not taking it for granted. Also, diet is crucial! I’m eating almost no carbs and drinking a gallon of water a day. Lots of protein! Keep it simple!
